this is a great product!
Until recently I always used Brita brand replacement filters. The off brand just doesnt deliver half the quality water filtration as the Brita filters. Theres no savings in buying any brand other than Brita for their filtration systems!

This is horibble
There is a problem with the cartridges made in Canada and distributed in the US. The carbon particles are too tiny and come out of cartridge. Larger particles into the upper container and more important tinier particles into the lower container that (filtered water). You can see these carbon particles refiltering the refined water with a fine filter. I know that carbon particles in body may cause cancer. This, I believe is a serious health problem and there is no quality control over Brita products made in Canada. I have used the cartridges made in Europe they did not have such an issue.

Buy these for my pitcher
I buy these because I never want to run out of filters for my pitcher. They are easy to replace. I love the convenience of the pitcher and will never again be without it.
