Steak knives comes with it is not Profesional S
This knife set isbeatiful very sharp but the 8 pieces of steak knives are not Profesional S series they are twin gourmet. I think that should be written on the description of the product.

very smart purchase
Remodeling my kitchen, I've had the same knife set for 30+ years. I purchased the classic set first but wasn't real happy that the "block" made the knives set crooked. Also I didn't like that it only had 6 steak knives as I was wanting 8. Returned that set the next day after calling the manufacturer hoping they would send me another block which they said it would take two weeks. Very good decision..the manager at the store was extremely helpful, showed me what he could "special order" as I didn't see a set on display that suited my needs and wants. He felt like I would be very pleased with this "professional" set and let me know that I could return it also if I was not pleased. I can't tell you how "wonderful" this set is. Worth every penny! I actually could have spent a lot more but I can't imagine being any more pleased than I am with this set.
