While the design is quite a pretty design, the 'face' of the comforter was very rough and scratchy. It's made of cotton and linen... the linen makes it terribly uncomfortable. Sometimes I'll put an arm out from under the covers while sleeping and the feel of the linen made me cringe! Not recommended for a nice comfort level.

Love this set
My husband and I fell in love with this set we stayed with friends in Hawaii. We live in the middle of the country so there's no issue of "copying" (yes, so high school...). We got the entire set, including all of the pillows and curtains. The color scheme is calming and not cheesy like many of the palm tree sets you see. (I think the other reviewer indicated that the fabric is scratchy...to me it's more like crisp linen, but without the wrinkles.) I call our room "the resort" now. Love it!

Not Pleased
Looks much prettier in picture than actual. The bed skirt looks like "gauze" and is very thin. Any material that is brown in color is rough and scratchy.
