My favorite pots and pans!
I was hesitant to purchase this set. I own Calphalon (the old hard anodized) that I love, I also have a few pieces of Crueset as well as All Clad. LOVE THEM ALL! I needed more pots and pans but didn't like the new Calphalon (I was determined to get glass lids) and couldn't afford All Clad. I heard that the Emeril stuff wasn't bad (they have glass lids), so I bought it. I can *barely* consider it average. So when it came time to buy more pots and pans (yes, I do have A LOT of cookware) I was very interested in this set as it offered the ease of stainless and what seemed to be a lot like the hard anodized material for even heat distribution. Off to BB&B, but they didn't have it in the store! It was only available online. I was pretty nervous, not even being able to see them before buying. But I did it - I ordered them - and they are GREAT! I have had this set for about 4 months now and it has not let me down. Even cooking, *EASY* clean up. Just perfect. I want to order more of them!!! If only they offered more variety sold individually so that I can build on the set that I have, rather than duplicate it. I highly, highly, highly recommend these pans.
