disappointed
The material is thin and you can see the box spring though it. I returned it.

Haven't found a good bed skirt . . .
While visiting China, my wife and I purchased a very expensive silk duvet and pillow shams. I researched bed skirts that would "work" with our purchase and found the Wamsutta Damask sheets and matching bed skirt.
The sheets are (not great, but) okay, but the bed skirt doesn't meet our expectations.
We tried ironing and then using a commercial steamer, but neither provided effective in eliminating the wrinkles.
In addition, the item is too sheer. A lining would provide improvement, but we can see the box spring through the bed skirt.
We will return this item.

Don't iron any damask material!
I bought the charcoal grey bedskirt. It was wrinkled from the packaging. I used light heat with an iron to release the wrinkles. The heat turned the charcoal grey bedskirt a deep purple grey. I didn't realize the major color difference between my charcoal grey duvet cover and bedskirt until I put in all together, It bothered me in the beginning but I try not to notice. Be careful with dryer heat as it seems heat affects the color of the material.

Good quality
I sent my husband to the store to buy this bed skirt in wheat. He came home with exactly what I wanted. It needed pressing before putting it on the bed, but it is really a beautiful item. It's a perfect king fit and drapes just the right length to the floor. Perfect color for our room too! LOVE it!
