Does not close
I purchased two of these for my bedroom. One of them has been functioning fine for 6 months+. I've had to replace the second one twice. All three did not close fully (they hang down 12 inches). Very frustrating. I would strongly advise not purchasing unless you're OK with the blind not going all the way back up.

Insola shades
Love these shades the work great for the money. Mine was stuck at first two when I took it down found that the cord was twisted. Fixed that and all is good. But I broke the mounting bracket and can't find a valid number to call and get more or find them in the store. Number in package is not valid.

Worst blinds ever!
Bought one in the store, one online. Installed them. They pull down, but do not go back up. Conceptually they are a great idea, but for price, the quality seems very poor.

no longer available :(
We saw these blinds at Bed Bath & Beyond and instantly loved them!! They were not available in-store in black, so we ordered them (2) online
Within 2 weeks one of the blinds was delivered, and the invoice said the second would be delivered at a later date. I called customer service and was told that we received the "last one" and they were no longer available, discontinued!!!
I am very disappointed, they were going to be the finishing touch in our newly decorated bedroom.
