Love My Tassimo
Purchased my Tassimo a few years ago - Feel compelled to share my feelings. Love this machine so much, got my sister to use one - gave one to my son, who shared his at work and got another one. He also picked up a Keurig because he entertains and also got a very elaborate espresso machine (he loves coffee). My son does not use his Keurig unless someone comes over who does not like coffee house coffees. I LOVE my TASSIMO and always try any new flavors out. Thank goodness I am not too far from a Bed Bath & Beyond, but I have no problem placing an order online from BB&B or anyone else who sells the product. Thinking about getting a second one just in case anything bad happens to mine. Love the concept and how it works and that I can add extra coffee to the cup if I want AND that I can use a much larger cup if I choose. Also love that I can create any flavor and consistency however I choose. Hope they NEVER stop making the T-discs.

Tossimo , coffe pot
I have got one for x mas in 2011, have used it a few times, because it was defected,and you had to send me a part, so I can use it, has not worked right at all,you did replace the coffee disc for me, but still dont work right. got mine for x mas gift, you have got the model # on file, still does not work right,looks good on the shelf, sure wasted lots of money on that coffee pot, sure wished you would exchange it for one I can us. And Enjoy a good cup of coffee. Since my daughter in law had purchase it for us.

Never Again
Just got off of the phone with customer service at Tassimo. 2 weeks of impossibly horrible service. Ordered $130 worth of discs and got charged but they can't deliver me the product. As the situation escalated, the service got worse and worse. Without getting into the whole nightmare story, I ended up having to call my credit card to void all charges from Tassimo. 2 weeks of waiting. 6 customer service agents. Unlimited broken promises. Credit problems they couldn't explain or correct. 3 way call with my bank and they still couldn't fix the problem. Last call took over an hour and literally after more than 3 hours total phone calls, I finally lost it. Don't buy Tassimo. Whatever you have to pay for another system, do it!

doesn't last that long
My second Tassimo hit the dust. I started to get smaller ans smaller amount of drink, looked at the package of my cappuccino it is suppose to make 11 oz with coffee and milk I have to keep on pressing the button and if I am lucky I get 4 ozs also it doesn't empty the milk all the way so I have to poke a hole and then microwave it since my coffee is lukewarm, it's been lukewarm from day 1 . However it did make great latte's and cappuccinos when it work
