In Trash After 2 Weeks
We bought a new Hotel Collection mattress and wanted to protect it from wear. I thought if I spent $89 on a mattress pad I would be getting the best quality. Boy, was I wrong. After 1 week, the fluff started to flatten in some areas and clump in others, so there were hills and valleys under our backs. It diminished all of the support from the actual mattress. AVOID THIS MATTRESS PAD!

matress pad a bit small
This pad fit well before washing, but afterwards became a bit smaller from side to side. Would be nice to have an extra inch or two and then after washing it would fit true to size. I did wash it correctly in a front loader.

Worst Mattress Pad Ever
I washed this mattress pad before using it with cold water in my washing machine and dried it on a medium setting. The mattress pad's inner side had "fried" marks on it and some of fiber stuffing was coming out. 5 year warranty is doubtful. I didn't get one day of use. It's going back!

too small AND too warm
We bought a Queen in this for out adjustable extra long double. I thought we were going to have overhang to tuck in, but it fit PERFECTLY! which makes me think they're skimping on material. It's going back because all that lovely cush comes at the price of trapped body heat. It's a rough life these days if you like to sleep cooler, what with all the latex in beds these days.
