AWESOME MUG!!!
I debated about this mug but am very glad I got it. I was hesitant because it cost more than I planned on spending, but it was so worth it. Today was the first use, and my coffee was still hot 2 hours after pouring it. Not just warm - HOT. And the lid comes apart for cleaning. My previous mug did not and after 2 years of regular use, it was disgusting.
Of course, I had to put the spill-proof claim to the test. When I turned the mug, there was a small dribble, but that was probably coffee that had already passed the closure of the mug (it was less than dime size). Once that was cleared, there was no leakage.
I'm going back to get a second mug, it's that good.

AMAZING!
This commuter mug is one of the best. First of all, it was great to find a stainless steel one that is dishwasher safe. Second, it keeps coffee HOT for a VERY long time. Coffee was poured at 5:45 AM today, it was forgotten and left at home. At 8 PM today, it was STILL WARM! How amazing is that? Not many other cups can do the same thing. I think the only down fall is all the parts to the top, but I just rinse it out every time I use it and it's good to go.
