Terrible
I slept like a baby on this for about a month or two. The manager at the store told me they were new and were supposed to be wonderful. It's been about 3 months and my pillow is so flat it's like I'm sleeping on nothing at all. I've been waking up with a major headache and sore neck every morning for a while now and I just assumed it was due to allergies or tension. Nope! It's the pillow! I slept on a different pillow for one night and I felt better. Please don't waste your money on this pillow!

Disappointed
I really liked this pillow when I first bought it. Now after just 2 1/2 months it is flat and has no cushioning. Wore out way too fast for the price.

Long lasting luxury firm support.
This is an excellent pillow with long lasting luxury support on the firm side. I tried out the Isotonic Indulgence pillow which also had great luxury support that wasn't quite as firm as this pillow but the Indulgence did not last and flattened out.
I'm a side sleeper with wide shoulders and ended up keeping the Natural Wool Dream Mate pillow for myself (read my review) and gave this pillow to my wife, she loves it.

Too Firm
I am a side sleeper and this pillow was far too firm for me, actually hurt my neck alot after lying on it for only a few minutes. There is almost no give to the pillow at all. It's so firm and full you can't even really fluff it. Had to take it back.
