So worth every penny!
I was a little nervous after reading reviews about this thing being difficult to load and pieces breaking. I have had my decorator for about 6 months now. And I use it probably at least twice a month. Super easy to wash just run under hot water everything comes off really clean. I do recommend drying it right away.
The only bad thing about this thing is it is a little awkward to load the frosting in the container.
Now to address the breaking of the push tab. Some frosting is rather dense and put a lot of pressure on the container so I highly recommend stirring the frosting before and to make it more malleable. Or putting it in the microwave for 5 seconds and then stirring. If you forget to stir the frosting it puts a lot of pressure on the container and even if the tab does break, which my never has , it can make your fingers sore from squeezing. But if the tab does break Wilton or bed bath beyond will replace it for you for free they're both great companies. If you do have a dense frosting or cookie recipe I would only push the plunger verses the plastic tab.
Another great thing about this is, many other frosting caps will fit on this.

Breaks Every Time
I bought this product extremely excited about the convenience of it. I loved that you could take it apart and wash each piece separately with ease. You can also change tips easily and it is a great size. I bought my first one and the plastic button you push down for the icing to come out snapped off in 5 uses. I thought it was a malfunction so I bought another one. The exact same thing happened. I am extremely disappointed in this product.

Did not work
I was excited to get this item for my wedding, but it really did not work well at all. It was extremely difficult to squeeze the frosting through the tips - had to use my whole hand, not just a thumb and barely any frosting came out. I thought I made the frosting too think, but using the same frosting and one of Wilton's decorating bags worked flawlessly. I would recommend the decorating bags over this product. Returned to BBB with no problems.

Super Easy
Loved this item. It's got all the tools you need to make an amazing cookie or cupcake. And it's super easy to clean. All the parts slide apart for easy cleaning.
