Best frying pan ever!
I've been using this pan on a daily basis for over a year, and the thing still looks and functions like new. It's so easy to clean. I've never had to scrub it, even the outsides. It heats up evenly but cools down slowly, so you have to know when to remove it from the heat. I use it for everything, sautéing, sauces, fritatas, everything. It's extremely durable, and I want one in every size!

Great product but short life
I've been using this 10" pan as well as the larger 12" version. The 10" gets used several times a day; the 12', not so much. I've been using an electric stove but recently bought a ceramic top range. However it highlighted one of the shortcomings of my pans: they both warped after about a year. It was tolerable with burners, but the warped bottom only allowed half of the pan to contact the stove top making cooking uneven. Also, after about a year the Teflon finish would wear off due to the heavy use. This time I replace the 10" with the Calphalon Tri-Ply, but it is not as versatile because of it's non-stick finish. I'll be buying another 10" shortly. It is a phenomenal pan and one I can't cook without.

always a pleasure (for a pretty penny)
I am very happy with Calphalon performance so far. My husband already had a non-stick, and we registered for this one to add to the collection. They are an investment though, as there are many non-stick skillets that are cheaper in price. Yet you get what you pay for.

great pan
with this pan I made a gravey cleaned it then made bonless chicken wings. with out any oil or butter. I could go on with the awesomeness of this pan. this pan as well as it big brother have preformed great, this is how other non stick pans should aspire to preform.
