Great Wine Rack!
We have this rack for almost 3 years now and it is perfect! Price was great, and so is the finish and quality! This was one of the best purchases we could have made for storing our wine bottles.

Love this
I had no problems with this, the instructions were included and I put it together myself . I love how it looks and is a great space saver.

No Instructions!
I don't know about everyone else here, but it sounds like they were lucky enough to get instructions to put this piece together. Everything looks alright aside a few nicks and scratches, but without instructions I can't even tell if there are missing pieces. I called BB&B customer service and they said they would have to call the manufacturer to see if there is something they can mail me (which can take weeks) but there's no guarantee. I bought this to save space in my little kitchen, but now I'm thinking I can manage without it.

very, very poor quality
We took it back to the store twice - due to broken parts (not scratched - actually broken in half the first time, with a piece broken off - the second). There were scratched parts too. We went through three sets of this wine tower - only the third one had all parts in tact - just scratches.
I have never seen new furniture of such low quality, really never. The main issue is that the parts simply don't align, some don't align by more than 1/8 of an inch - and those are major visible parts - like the midsection. When assembled, it looks crooked.
We are returning it of course - after going through three sets! We love the store, but this item is one of a kind - it is nothing like what you expect from BB&B.
