Home Canning Kit
Havent had the opportunity to can anything just yet, but am looking forward to it. The products are sturday and exactly as expected; I'm just looking for some TIME to put up tomatoes (and hopefully peaches this year).

good value
I have not used the kit as yet but it contains most everything one needs to can. The rack shown, however, is not the one I received. I received a flat piece much like a cake cooling rack for a round pan. disappointed.

Great Beginner Canning Kit
Since I'm just a beginner canner, this product was a good buy and definitely serves it's purpose. I don't know that I'll ever have to upgrade since it works so well but, for me for now, it's exactly what I needed and wanted.

The metal accessories included are very good quality and the included cookbook is great. However, it does not work with the 8 quart Fagor pressure cooker as stated in the description. The lid can not be closed with jars sitting on the jar rack.
