Yay! Works great!
I've never had a pressure cooker, so bear that in mind. I am also a tad afraid of them, but I'm glad I registered for this. I have only made one thing so far, but I'm amazed. Carrots cooking in 7 minutes: incredible! The directions are incredibly easy to follow, and it seems to work like a charm. Apparently hubs also likes the pot--not as a pressure cooker, but for pasta, bc he made pasta recently and heaped tons into the large pot of the pressure cooker. I like that it has another lid if you want to use it as a regular pot--I have loads of pots, but sometimes they are all in use, and it's nice to have an extra. And, the only thing that shouldn't go in the dishwasher is the pressure cooker lid. I'm in love, and going to try other recipes.
