Don't buy this product!
I thought since it was an AKC bed, it may hold up to our new puppy. After only one washing and 2 months, the seam is pulling apart and stuffing is coming out.

3 Piece Dog Bed that I would never buy again
I have 2 of these, the first time I washed them they split open in my washer to the point they clogged the washer and a repair man had to be called. As I said it was 2 of them and they both did it. I would never buy them again. My dogs dont scratch on them it was the fabric on the bottom that was pulling away for the top fabric.

Don't wash this bed!!!
My dog loved the bed but, of course, it needed to be washed after a while. I followed the instructions on the paper tag. The stuffing bunched up into one place and burst open leaving stuffing all over my large capacity washer. Will not buy AKC products, again. Thought they would have "dog friendly" products....not this bed.

very cute, very soft, seams shredded in the wash, even though the tag said machine washable :(
