Love This Cookware Set
I decided to spend the cash on a nice cookware set after my roommate moved out and I would be the only person using it. I went with stainless steel because it is healthier than non-stick and really makes the food taste so much better! This set is perfect, it's super classy looking and I was looking for a stainless steel that has a full aluminum core (not just on the bottom). It was between this and the more expensive Calphalon set. I went with this one because of a website that recommended this set being the best for price. I'm glad I did, I cook with it everyday and food cooks so much faster and tastier than with non-stick pans. I only use wooden utensils as to not scratch the steel (don't use plastic because they melt and are unhelathy) and scrub the pans with only a soft sponge. Mess cleans off right away! I put it directly under water after cooking and everything just slides off. I burnt a little food once and just let the pan soak in detergent and hot water and that just wiped off. I love, love, love this set. Glad I spent the money on a good quality stainless steel set that was made in France not China.

See it in-store before buying online
Just a warning: My husband & I went to our local BB&B store to buy this and after seeing the set in person, we changed our mind & got a different brand. The pots are REALLY small. You couldn't make mashed potatoes for a family of 4 out of those saucepans. I recommend seeing this in-store and making the decision for yourself, before buying it online.

Awesome Item for an awesome price
I purchased this to replace my Martha Stewart non stick cookware. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The weight to them is heavy and the appreance is cook inspiring! The best cookware for the price, I just can't wait for Thanksgiving.

WOW!!
Just got this cookware for Christmas and haven't stopped using them. They are so beautiful, heavyweight, and cook evenly. I appreciate that this product is NOT made in China but in France. For the $299 price tag you are getting a top quality cookware set. I really love them!!
