good purchase, poor service
These knives are great. I had a problem with the shipping method. My order was sent to someone else. When I called to check on it, some of the customer service representatives were short with me, even though it was BB&B who lost my order. It ended up taking almost a month to recieve the order. When I got it, the knives were great.
