great look
The packaging was a little over board but everything was safe inside so that's fine by me. The look of the shelves are great but the hanging holes in the back of them are challenging and could be engineered better. Sometimes the nail slips from the holes so to ensure they are secure Iined them with double sided 3M tape. Now they look great and not falling.

Could Be Better
The packaging was excessive as mentioned in other reviews but that's fine. The shelves themselves are beautiful. No scratches or dings in the paint. The problem is it is diffecult to get the shelves firmly against the wall without them drooping with the harware that they send you. To rectify this problem I placed double sided command strips to each corner and then screwed them into the wall. This allowed for a firm hold to the surface. Other than that good. Just didn't like having to put extra work and resources to use.

looks great
this is the second set I have purchased. Both look great on my remodeled walls. I was a bit awed by the amount of excessive packaging that it was shipped with.

Horrifying
I bought these shelves in store and made the mistake of not taking them out first. For one, they were chipped everywhere. For two, the box did not include the screws or materials to hang them, as is advertized. I don't even care that the box was incomplete because they are so cheap looking. Seriously,you're better off with a 14.99 set on amazon. Don't insult yourself by purchasing this garbage.
