Great System/Fair Price
I have two of these racks and am purchasing two more as I have well over 100 ties. The portability of the rack is great, makes it easy to pull out a selection of ties and carry them to my shirts I have lined up for the week.
I have all of my ties sorted by color at present, but need
a third to make some space. I plan on using the 4th one to place my recently worn ties so I do not wear them again right away. I will reintegrate them after a month or so. Overall, I have been very pleased, just need to handle the clips carefully at the top end when attaching or detaching from the rack. I did lose a few clips until I figured this out because they appear to become a little brittle after time .At this juncture I keep coming back because I haven't found a better system at any price!

Broken
I bought this as a cheap fix for my boyfriend and got it home and it was broken. Ok, it happens, right? So I go back about a month later to get some things and exchange the Tie Rack for new one. I got home and....BROKEN! I'm thinking about just throwing it away and chalkin it up as a loss.

Awful
The clips for the ties are cheap plastic that don't provide enough space to slide the tie through without damaging the tie. I returned the product immediately.

Perfect Tie Rack at low price!!!!
I rarely ever write reviews but this tie rack far exceeded my expectations so I felt compelled to write about this item. This tie rack does come with 40 clips. I have about 25 ties on it so far and it does not shift toward the back of the closet or tilt forward. It barely rotates at all in the closet and takes only a small amount of space( about the space of 2 dress shirts side by side). I love this product and the price is unbelievably low for something this functional. I'd recommend to anyone. P.S. The ties are visible but if you fill the rack with 40 ties the ties may become compressed and make visibility of each tie more difficult. Overall, A+
