Turkey brining bag
Great product especially for a large turkey. It's very strong and seals very well. I wouldn't brine without one.

Don't Buy This Bag!
I've been brining my Thanksgiving turkey for years. This is the first time I've used this bag. Immediately after putting a 12 pound turkey and brine in the bag, it started splitting at the seams in several spots, first slowly and then a big hole opened on the bottom. What a mess! I have never had this happen before. Do not use these bags. Get the ones from William Sonoma instead.

Best turkey ever !
I have used these bags for several years & would not make a turkey without brining first. Did have problems the first year, but have learned a few tricks: put the empty bag in your bathtub or deep laundry tub, put the turkey into the bag & get it positioned, then add the water with the brining seasonings pre-mixed into it, squeeze out as much air as possible & close the zip lock. When the 24hr brining is done, unzip & release all the water from the bag, and then carry bag (with turkey still in it) to your kitchen sink - easy peasy, works just great ! This is SO much easier than trying to find a big pot or bucket to hold the turkey - there's always a portion that's sticks out of the top & doesn't get flavored.

Worst brining bags I've used
Only one zip enclosure, and it kept popping open when just doing something small like lifting the bag! Would not stay closed for anything. We ended up using zip-ties to seal the bag shut. The Williams-Sonoma bags have 2 zip enclosures, and each one is 10 times as strong as this one. Definitely do NOT recommend this bag.
