Poor quality
I liked this pillow when I first received it as a gift. After a few nights sleeping on it, I realized how uncomfortable it was. All the feathers go to one side when you lay on it, making it completely flat where your head is. The outer covering is way too thick, not soft and thin like good quality down pillows. It made noise when you moved. It had sort of a crunch to it. We received two of them. My husband didn't like them as well. I exchanged them for the Real simple down pillows. Way better quality. We had to pay the difference, but it was well worth it. I love the new ones we have. I would recommend paying a little more for a better pillow. Your sleep is worth it.

Very poor quality; extremely disappointed
My wife and I received two of these pillows as a wedding/shower gift off our registry. They are absolutely terrible. Every time we want to wash the sheets, we need to vacuum. The feathers are all over the place, more than any other down pillow we have ever owned. My head goes right through the pillow to the mattress. The support is awful. All of the material moves from under your head to the sides, leaving nothing but the cover. We are extremely disappointed with these pillows and wish we could return them after just a month or so of use.

No complaints
I bought this for my daughter's dorm and haven't had a single complaint from her!

Down content is just 15%
I had purchased two pillows in store a year ago and had assumed I was ordering the same item as the price was the same. However this pillow is much denser and not comfortable, 'heavy' as others have said. I checked the new pillow vs the old ones and discovered that this is just 15% down vs 75% on the ones bought last year. The manufacturer is the same.
I am disappointed. The down content should be clearly posted in the product description.
