NOT SO HOT
This towel rack does not "hold fast" to the door as in the description. I suppose if you wanted to use it for a washcloth and hand towel it would be OK, but when I take my bath towel off of the bottom dowel the entire thing came away from the door. I suppose you could somehow screw the bottom into the door, if you didn't care about your bathroom door!! Also, the long arms were bent and I had to fiddle with it to get it to hang straight...should have boxed it back up then. This is going back to the store.

LOVE,LOVE,LOVE THIS!
THIS IS THE BEST THING I HAVE ORDERED FOR MY APARTMENT BATHROOM. WIDE SHELVES, AND 3 OF THEM! ALSO, 2 NICE HOOKS FOR WASHRAGS. GREAT SPACESAVER.

Quality over quantity
This is my fourth purchase from the company of Better Bath and trust me, it won't be my last. I recently bought my first home and my wife gave birth to our 2nd son. So with all of that going on in life (a handful and a half!) the little things, like furnishing our bathroom isn't on my radar. So the fact that this company makes quality items, along with quality customer care, makes me much more willing to trust them with my bath needs. While it may not be a company you've heard of, it's one that you should. I am a loyal customer and plan on being one for a long time!
