Cuisinart Customer Service Very Poor
I was given this pan for Christmas as I have an entire set of Cuisinart pans. The very first time I set it on the stove to cook some eggs the entire pan warped and bowled in the center. It would not cook evenly or lay flat on the stovetop after that. I tried to contact Cuisinart "lifetime warranty" company and was told I would have to pay for shipping to return it, and to include another check for $7.00, not sure what for, then they would determine if it was a manufacturing defect or if I abused the pan with "extreme heat" ( for eggs mind you). Very disappointed in their warranty policies. I took the pan back to Bed, Bath and Beyond who immediately refunded the pan with no questtions asked. Seems like Cuisinart could take a lesson from those who sell their products. Won't by another Cuisinart product as their lifetime warranty is pretty much useless.
