Excellent!!!
I have had 2 of these and I'm on my 3rd and not because it's defective. The first one I lost, the 2nd one I left in my car with coffee in it and forgot about it and the mildew was too discusting so I thru it away. I'm now on my 3rd. This is truly an amazing cup. It does not leak - so I'm not sure why the lady said it did - she must not have had the lid on tight because all of mine never have. It keeps my coffee/tea warm for hours and it doesn't spill onto your chin. LOVE rthis.

This mug does not LEAK. The only one I have had that works well. I have had it approximately 4 years.

Lid too deep
The mug was pretty but the lid was too deep and liquids came out all around the top, I returned to store and found another mug that I liked. I lost my shipping cost and did learn to try and shop at the store instead of online.
