Measuring 4" thick, cutting board is fit for a pro. Solid cutting board with a great round shape is made of hard rock maple and has a natural oil finish. Endgrain board preserves the edge of fine cutlery. NSF approved. Clean with a synthetic scouring pad using mild soap and water. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak. Measures 18" in diameter.
