breathable and cool
My boyfriend and I love this cover. It completely covers our queen size mattress that is brand new and fits very snugly. My boyfriend sweats quite a bit so he won't have been able to deal with any of the synthetic mattress covers. This cotton one makes it feel like there's nothing there, but I see it protecting our bed every time I change the sheets. Washable too.

Mixed feelings
I buy the queen size for my son's full size bed. It will shrink when you wash it ! When I bought the full after I washed it it would not fit the full bed anymore.
I like the cotton and I love the zipper because he can not get it off the mattress. It is not waterproof at all. I think it is a little expensive for the product.
We need something zippered so we get this.

Poor Quality & major shrink
When I first put this on my mattress it fit fine & then it was washed and dried, that was the end of this product.
This shrunk terribly even with normal washing & the zipper broke as well.
I admit I was trying to save money by purchasing a vinyl case & then this cotton to put on top and I can now see it was not a wise choice. I cannot fit my mattress into this cover any longer & have purchased a higher quality cotton cover to fit over the vinyl mattress casement I own.

Not an Easy Fit
I have mixed feelings about this mattress pad. It's very luxurious fabric and adds another layer of comfort to my cotton sheets, but it's a really tight fit for my 9" mattress. It took two of us to get it on, and we could have used help in zipping it up. Now that it's on, I love it, but I'm not sure I'm up to another laundering and refitting.
