Love it
Great product, easy to use and easy to clean. Just make sure you use wax paper when pressing the burgers.

I bought the hamburger press along with the wax squares (do buy these as well, they're great).

I don't care for this
Sticks if you don't use paper, which is a paint and a waste. Also, this is harder to clean than the cheap plastic ones. I purchased this because the plastic one breaks every few years but it didn't work as well. I was dissapointed.

Works as stated
This item does work as stated, it is easy to use and very easy to clean. I was able to make over sixty uniform hamburgers faster than when I weighed out the meat for each burger.
