Saves space in an upper cabinet. Jars are a bit small but very helpful to use.

Nice rack
Elegant and utilitarian, the design is pleasant and not plebian while not looking gaudy. The ability to refill after running out is helpful and the original spice choices are spot on to help fill out an aspiring cooks' kitchen.

Very Nice
I love the look of this spice rack. The bottle do have to be checked to make sure they are tightly shut, but overall it is very nice and handy to have.

Amazing customer service
We have had this spice rack for about a year when one of the jars broke. I found Olde Thomspon's website and contacted customer service via email to find out how much a replacement was and how I could get it. It took a day or two to hear back, but they immediately sent out a replacement jar - no charge and no questions asked. I then asked about some of the names fading off the jars (only on 2 of them) and they sent out new jars for those too, plus included a free gift for the trouble: a grinder of garlic salt. The entire process left me surprised and happy to be doing business with them. Because of that experience, I will always look for Olde Thompson products in the future.
