It's just a tie rack,; and it does what it's supposed to do. However, if they'd designed and equipped it to be well-stuck onto any surface, it would be even more useful.

Tie Rack is a Jewelry Rack
My necklaces were constantly getting tangled, so I headed to Bed, Bath and Beyond to find a better storage solution. The solution was a man's tie rack, it works so well. All my necklaces are displayed by length, color, etc. I absolutely love it!! I have told so many friends about my jewelry storage solution.
