Not at all up to Calphalon name...
To be totally honest, the container looks great on the counter-top and holds the utensils.
The utensils are a total disappointment in many ways. First they appear to be substantial, but are anything but, second they bend during most any use, third I have had several pieces replaced under the warranty twice because of melting during normal use (the slotted spoon bubbled up while being used in boiling water to stir cooking pasta, the spatula melted leaving areas impossible to clean) I like others have tried to clip off the melted part, but it only happens again shortly!

My number one tool when cooking.
Obviously when you are cooking, these are one of the most important utensils to use. I got this on my bridal shower & I totally love this set. Also, Calphalon is one of the best companies for kitchen items. Also, they are so easy to wash!

Really Disappointing Tool Set
We got the set of nylon tools when we purchased a complete set of Unison. I really loved the way they felt in the hand and the size of them. However I was completely disappointed in the way they performed. The edges melted right away and got thick, which makes them less useful when trying to lift an omelette, or slide under proteins. I had trimmed off the melted portion, but it was a temporary fix and eventually they were removed.
