lovvvvvve it!
this product really exceeded my expectations! I really wasn't too sure of what to expect,but I didn't think that it would work as well as it does. One workout had me feeling right,I knew that it worked because I was sweating so much during and after,and I lost a little weight after. It is a great product,and I would definitely recommend it!

False Advertising/Overpriced
I went to the store to buy this product last week. It is no longer made by Danskin. It is produced by "Empower." The audio recording on both work-outs is terrible - the instructor fades in and out as she talks. The stabilizing ring is useless and very hard to inflate. The instructor is very good though and the work-out does not hurt my neck. I would not pay $40 for this again...maybe $20.

Excellent for working out
Excellent choice to work out with. Great for working out whole body because have to stabilize oneself while crunching, lifting, stretching, etc. Easy to blow up and came with DVD!
