Ceramic broke
We have had our slow cooker for under a year, and use it every weekend. We purchased it because it was the highest recommended slow cooker in our favorite cooking magazine, Cook's Illuststrated. As a cooker it works fine. However, the ceremic insert broke, which i've heard happens often with this brand.

Faulty electronics
Unlike AllClad's other products, this one is made in China, and the lack of quality shows. Like other reviewers, mine died after two years. However, when I called the company they agreed to a one-time warranty extension. So I feel they stood behind their product. Maybe they heard from all the disgruntled customers?

Stopped working
I loved this product for six months, until one day, it simply wouldn't turn on! I'm so disappointed that I didn't read the review before purchasing! Please don't buy this product.

Very disappointing
We received this as a wedding present, and have used it only a handful of times. We plugged it in to use the other day, and nothing. It just died. After reading other reviews, I see we are not alone here. How disappointing. I will never purchase an All Clad product after this.
