Fitting is not threaded.
I'm conflicted on the star allotment, and here's why. This is a very cute shade for a very good price, but it's quite possibly not what you think it is. If you're thinking "UNO" for an antique drop arm lamp, keep looking. The fitting is not threaded. I (sadly) returned this shade to BB&B and found a threaded shade at a local lamp shop. Glad to support a local merchant, but the shade I got is not as cute. So a wishful 5 stars it is even though this shade didn't suit my needs.

Good shades
These shades are made well, inexpensive and the color is just as it appeared online. I'm happy I ordered them.
