the cusinart 5.5 qt stand mixer has a powerful motor and works very well, good value for the money and attachments are dishwasher safe and mixer is easy to use,I had a kitchenaid 5qt. had problems with attachments rusting even after hand washing and kitchenaid customer service, didn't treat me very well.Cusinart stands by what they sell and bed bath and beyond has good customer service!. I also like the fold feature this mixer has, this mixer beats out the kitchenaid .

In love!!
I love my mixer so much! It was so easy to get used to. I have only ever used KA's so that was what I was used to, but I got the hang of this one fast. I love the splash guard because I make a lot of frosting and it really helps keep the powdered sugar contained. I have made, cakes, muffins, frosting and bread with it and it worked wonderfully on all of them. I just wish I had a second, or third bowl.
