Great for presentation, Okay for functionality
Its a great shoe rack to display my collection of heels. The negative side is that if I need to get one of them out I have to wiggle it would and make sure I don't knock off a pair of heels from the above or below tier. Unfortunately, I do find it difficult to store my flat shoes like my ballet flats, sperries, and sneakers. To be creative, I just tuck it in beneath the bottom tier to keep my shoes organized and out of the way.
Bottom line: I recommend this for presentation purposes and for heels, but not for shoes that are flat or bulky.

STAY AWAY
I wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. Worst shoe rack ever. Everything everybody is saying is true. Piece of junk. False advertising in the picture. The shoes constantly fall off. Since I am stuck with this junk for a while I went out and bought the Safety-Walk adhesive ladder tread. Cut strips to adhere to the front bar so the shoes will at least not slide off easily. BBNB please pull this off your shelves. It is junk.

Regret the purchase
I did not find this shoe rack useful. My flat shoes fell off and other shoes fell through the bars. I found this product to be a total waste of money.
