Good buy
It was easy to assemble; my daughter & I did it in about 5 minutes. Shoe rack looks nice & serves it's purpose.

Great shoe rack
Eash to assemble. Holds over a dozen pairs of shoes. Level racks, so shoes won't fall off.

Buying Another
Bought one for myself, now buying one for my husband. Agreed it would not work for spikey high heels unless you put a solid piece over the rack. Otherwise an excellent product so far.

No Good For Heels
If you own heels this rack won't work for you... It is great for flats, wedges or sandals but a no go for heels. The packaging shows a few "heels" but they are actually wedges if you look at the back side. I got it put together & tried to put my heels on it, they promptly fell through the giant gaps in the metal shelves.
