Nice until broken
I got this as a gift and loved it from day one. The variety of spices is great, the size is perfect. However, less than a year later,the black piece that holds up the spices broke!
Beware of this before purchasing a spice rack.

A wonderful Gift
My son's girlfriend loves to cook. She really wanted more spices. I own an olde thompson spice rack with spices also. I thought she would love it. She called last night- I'm making chili and I can't wait to use the spices. In addition she added "It's an awesome look in our kitchen". when she first opened the wrapped gift- she said" Does this spice jar and rack really come with all the spices"? When I said yes- she couldn't believe it! She's happy, that makes me happy!

Great Starter Spices
This spice rack is sturdy and comes with a good variety of common spices. The spices are average to good quality which makes this a great starter kit for a beginner cook because high quality spices are expensive, and why spend money on ones that you don't end up using! When the original spices are gone it is very easy to refill the containers with your own. I left the names on each one, though you can remove the labels off each spice container. This fits perfectly on my counter under the cabinets and the silver and black design will mesh with almost any kitchen decor.

Nice Looking Spice Rack
I really like the look of the spice rack as well as the variety of spices. However, when I received the spice rack, two of the spices are the same. Unfortunately, since they do not carry it in any of the BB&B stores within 50 miles of my home, I will have to ship it back for a replacement.
