Best feature is easy cleaning,. juicy items are messy. Local BB&B Store only carried board w/out grove along edge.

I love this board
I purchased many boards over time, mostly wood, and they need such care, warping often. and heavy, this one is so great, as you can scrub it under the tap, and wipe it off then its good to go, light and easy to serve from, i have one with the grooves, for meat juices, just great. I use mine every day, not sorry for the purchase, LOVE them. You won't be sorry either! Made here in USA
