Best $10 I ever spent Since car accident 25 yrs ago, have been dealing with ramifications of whiplash. Have spent thousands on "medical" treatments - traditional and alternative - to get only sporadic relief from pain. About 8 months ago a friend suggested I replace my down pillow with a Tempurpedic Neck pillow. Noticed great reduction in pain in about a week.... About a month ago I saw this pillow - which is about 2 inches higher than the Tempurpedic - and thought maybe this would give more "stretch" and even more relief. And Lo' and Behold" - it has!!! When I go to bed I start out with the Tempurpedic. When I wake up in middle of night I switch to the new roll. Hope my experience helps someone else. Don't know why the "medical profession" pillow doesn't more actively promote the benefits of a good neck roll for treating neck pain. March 21, 2013
