Own my 2nd One!
Wonderful product! These were requested Xmas presents. Negative -Would like to see replacement pitchers become available with Bed Bath & Beyond instead of having to purchase from manufacturer. Ending up buying a whole new unit because of price and shipping costs!

great iced tea maker
Love the glass pitcher - great for brewing & attractriive enough to serve from - not to mention resistant to staining. Easy to use & brews quickly. Love the fact that it works with loose tea too.
The only feature I think could be improved upon would be the water chamber opening - with the angle of the lip on the pitcher and the design of the opening, it's a bit awkward to pour without spilling or splashing a little onto the outside.

Perfect tea maker!!
We LOVE this tea maker. Just ordered a replacement pitcher from the manufacturer in plastic that has the option of adding an infusion chamber for naturally flavored tea. Had no idea that option existed until I saw the manufacturer's website. AWESOME!!!!!!

Great!!
My fiance is a daily tea drinker. This has revolutionized my life! Tea in about 3 minutes and what I really love, is if the pitcher broke, we could easily sub another one in since it doesn't have a super fancy high tech lid. It's pretty slim too which is great since I live in a condo. It makes tea as good as the old boil and steep method but in about a 20th of the time.
