BEST COOKOUT GRILL
NO COMPLAIN! WEBER GRILL IS THE ONLY THING I WOULD PURCHASE. THIS IS MY SECOND ONE. I STILL HAVE THE OLD WEBER FOR 17 YEARS AND WE STILL CAN USE IT.

Excellent Grill
It took about 45 minutes to completely assemble the grill. I had a hard time finding the axle for the wheels which was hidden in the very bottom of the box. Once the axle was found the assembly was a breeze.
The grill worked perfectly right out of the box. The only modification I have made was to the lighting procedure. I have found that lighting the direct burner first works better than trying to light the indirect burner first.
I chose his grill over the Q 320 because I didn't see the need for a grill light and couldn't see spending the extra 30 dollars for it. What I found upon assembly was that the 320 has anelectronic ignition rather than the manual igniter on the 300. However, when following the lighting procedure referenced above, the manual igniter works perfectly every time.
You will need to spend some time getting used to the grill's direct and indirect functions. I found the online cooking tips and cookbooks to be very helpful in that regard.
I would highly recommend this grill.
