Nordiware Kettle Smoker Cooker
I have rated it as three stars due to fact that I am getting my third mailed to me as I write this. It is very good as a smoker but the meat tray sticks in kettle and to get it out to clean it you have to turn the kettle upside down and hit it on the counter to get it loose which is not real good if you have water in the water tray and ashes in the bottom. It does make a mess. If the meat tray comes out of the the one they are sending me I will change my rating to 5 stars as is does a good job of smoking with very little wood chips used. You can smoke a rack of ribs if they are cut in to.

This is my husbands pride and joy. We use it outdoors only (don't want to smoke up the house). Simple to use on our barbecue burner. We often buy the rotisserie chickens from the big box store, bring it home and smoke it another 45 minutes, delicious! We brought ours as a clearance sale, so we're very happy to see Bed Bath & Beyond carries them. GREAT gift idea!

Great purchase
Have had the smoker about two weeks. We have smoked a pork tenderloin and a Boston Butt. They were not quite as smoky tasting as our outdoor smoker, but they were very tasty. And cooking indoors was much nicer than sweating in the 90+ heat. This cooker has my vote.
