Horrible Frying Experience
Everything sticks to the fry basket / can't find filters anywhere / waste of oil.

Drain spout comes out
I've had the since May 2012. I loved it until the drain spout came disconnected and I ended up with oil all over the counter, draining intot the dishwasher and all over the floor. Days, later I'm still cleaming up additional oil that's dripping out of my diswasher. There is no easily way that I can find to fix it either. If they will fix this, it will be a greater fryer.

Great Deep Fryer
We've had smaller deep fryers by other manufacturers that didn't last after minimal use. The design of of this fryer is nice and the capacity is perfect. It fries the food just right and cleanup is quick and easy. I wish we would have purchased this fryer sooner.
