Terrible Customer Service
Purchased about 2 years ago. Used it many times and it worked well. Not so easy to clean. Getting new parts is almost impossible and in some cases totally impossible. I tried to get a replacement grease filter because after so many uses it becomes clogged and unwashable.without destroying it. I was told after many e-mail exchanges that I would have to replace the entire lid and was given a non-existent part number. Seems unsafe to use with clogged grease filter and got very little help from Delonghi.

AMAZING!!!!
We got this deep fryer off our wedding registry and we love it! We have made tons of stuff in it, and cleaning it up is so easy! You just use the little spout and wipe down the inside. I would recommend this to anyone, we keep coming up with things to fry just so we can use it more. This is the one to buy!

Easy to Use and Clean
I got this for Christmas. I have used it a couple of times and it is very easy to use. The value in front makes it easy for removing the oil and cleaning.
If you are looking for a deep fryer, I would definitely go with this one.
