Practically perfect for what I want it to do
A longer cord would make it perfect. I have to plug it into two different outlets just to reach everything in my not-that-large bedroom.
I have no pets, so I didn't choose this hand-held vacuum because I have pet hair I want to get off the upholstered furniture.
I live in dusty Colorado and the dust on my furniture drives me crazy. It reappears on furniture within hours of being removed. Dusting with a lambs wool duster sprayed with Pro-Link Dust Mop Treatment works well, but I never feel like I'm getting all the dust up. I think sucking it up with a vacuum cleaner is better, but I don't want to drag out my big vacuum cleaner every day. A hand-held vacuum cleaner is a good alternative. I use the Pet Hair Eraser's pink rubbery nozzle on furniture I want to be very careful not to scratch.

Too Big
I would honestly lug my vacuum cleaner down the stairs than use this. It does the job but my vacuum cleaner does pretty much the same. I thought from the picture that it was way smaller. It is VERY large and heavy. It was a useless purchase. Wish it wasn't such a big deal to take it back....

Terrific Little Machine
This is great for removing pet hair from furniture.

Bissell pet hair eraser
This vacuum is helpful in removing pet hair from furniture but I find the suction lower than I expected due to open vents on top and bottom of the rubber nozzle.
