Too Big
I would honestly lug my vacuum cleaner down the stairs than use this. It does the job but my vacuum cleaner does pretty much the same. I thought from the picture that it was way smaller. It is VERY large and heavy. It was a useless purchase. Wish it wasn't such a big deal to take it back....

Bissell pet hair eraser
This vacuum is helpful in removing pet hair from furniture but I find the suction lower than I expected due to open vents on top and bottom of the rubber nozzle.

Wonderful for cat hair
We have 4 cats, 2 with long hair and all black. This is the best thing I have found to get the hair off of furniture and off the back and front of the comforter on our bed. I got one for each of my kids since they have cats too. The red rubber part just rakes up the hair for the vacuum to suck up. We love it.
