Digital Food Thermometer
This item has performed flawlessly. It has improved my cooking of meat tremendously. My husband likes his steaks well done but for years, he got them over cooked. Now when I'm grilling I can get them to just the right "doness" and the culinary experience is vastly improved. Additionally I now can be sure that frozen items have cooked through and meet health requirements.

Great but...
This is a great thermometer: easy to read, accurate, F and C conversion. However, you have to hold the button down on the top for a reading. If you let go, it turns off. I didn't realize this when I got it and I'll have to return it. It's a good thermometer, just not what I need it for.

OXO good grips thermometer
The turkey was a success. With oven troubles in the past, it was nice to have this up to date and easy read thermometer.
