Worth the Investment
This filtration system works as advertised. It allows us to use tap water to fill the reservoir with no adverse effects or unpleasant tastes. Better than buying bottled water and less time-consuming than using our PUR water filter to fill the Keurig.

Great replacement part
I use the water filter assembly with charcoal refills and love it. I agree with the other reviewer who cautioned users to follow the instructions and allow the filter to soak first. Otherwise, you do get some charcoal residue and a funny taste in the water. To the reviewer who "resented" having to buy the assembly each time, you only have to buy the refills, which are inexpensive and available in stores and online from LOTS of different sources. This is just a replacement part for the filter that comes with your Keurig (or at least it came with my Brevill).

Ignore the bad reviews
I've owned this product for 3 weeks now so that means at least 50+ cups of coffee between my husband and myself. Contrary to other reviewers I think the water tastes great. Prior to purchasing this product we were using filtered water (from the refrigerator) to minimize mineral build up as we've heard this is advised to further the life of your keurig. I started having hesitations about leaving filtered water sitting in the tank for days so decided to purchase this product so we could use water from the tap. It's a charcoal filter which is one of the best ways to remove chlorine from water, so sure, if you enjoy the tast of chlorinated water then you may not prefer this product. I think it's a great product and works and does exactly what it clams. I own the B70 Platinum Brewer and it fits fine. I do recommend following the directions for install and allowing it to soak for 5 minutes and then rinsing, maybe that is where the other reviewers messed up...
