Forged from a single piece of high-carbon, no-stain steel, this Wave knife has a distinctive design. It is fully balanced and precision ground, so it makes cutting a breeze. It features a reverse serrated scalloped blade that cuts in a wave action instead of ripping and tearing, making it perfect for soft tomatoes as well as bread, onions, meat, and it can even spread mustard with its tip. The triple-riveted knife has a full tang, making it totally seamless. Blade measures 6" long. Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.
